About FJA

Fresh Jazz Agency is a young dynamic agency, which I founded in 2010. The love and passion for jazz were born almost ten years ago during my work at a local music school where I met some young and enthusiastic jazz musicians. I fell in love with them and their music. The combination of my Communication studies with my passion for the jazz resulted in an end scription about the promotion of jazz music.

The passion for the music developed and after graduating at the University I decided to study jazz guitar at one of the conservatories in Holland. In the meantime I felt the need to stay actively in organizational activities. I found out that there were and there still are to many unknown talented jazz musicians who deserve it to be heard. This brought me eventually to set up jazz concerts at small venues, music workshops and doing booking work for some jazz musicians.

Jazz remains an important part of my life and I decided that it was time for a new challenge: Fresh Jazz Agency! With this initiative I would like to give outstanding jazz musicians the chance to be heard by a broad audience. But above all I would like to share my passion for the jazz with as many people as possible and give them the chance to discover the wonderful music of the Fresh Jazz musicians!
